01Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to laju7. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and laju7 ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the laju7 platform — whether through the website at laju7.app or through our mobile app — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms contained herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using our platform immediately. Continued use of the laju7 platform after any amendments to these terms are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes.
02Account Eligibility
To use the laju7 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required in your jurisdiction to participate in gambling activities, whichever is higher. laju7 takes the protection of minors seriously. Any account found to be registered under an individual below the stipulated age limit will be closed immediately and any existing balance will be forfeited.
One Account Per User
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on laju7. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another person's name, or by any other means — is strictly prohibited. If multiple account activity is detected, laju7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings held within them.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Laju7 carries out a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with industry best practices. You will be required to submit a valid proof of identity (MyKad, passport, or equivalent document) when requested. This verification process is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. This is not only a protection for us, but also for the security of your own account.
03Account Registration & Security
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. laju7 reserves the right to decline registration or close an existing account if the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential
- Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorization
- Notifying laju7 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account
- Updating your account information whenever any changes occur
04Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
Laju7 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods, including bank transfers to all major banks and popular e-wallets. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposits are subject to your chosen payment method and current account limits. Deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds of payment confirmation being received. laju7 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals for fully verified accounts (KYC complete) will be processed within 30 seconds for most cases. laju7 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits. All withdrawals must be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by management.
Bonuses & Promotions
Bonuses and promotions offered by laju7 are subject to specific terms set for each offer. Wagering requirements (rollover), validity periods, and other conditions will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. Any attempt to abuse a promotion will result in bonus cancellation and further action taken on the account.
05Game Rules and Fair Play
Laju7 is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. All games on our platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently verified and audited to ensure truly random and tamper-proof outcomes.
The following are strictly prohibited on the laju7 platform:
- Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play or farm wins
- Player collusion to circumvent the gaming system
- Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system for unfair gain
- Identity fraud or use of another person's information
- Any form of money laundering through gaming activities
06Responsible Gaming

- Self-Exclusion: Take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours up to 6 months
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel it is necessary

07Intellectual Property & Content
All content on the laju7 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and page layouts — is the exclusive property of laju7 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, upload, transmit, or modify any part of laju7's platform content without our prior written consent. Using laju7's name, logo, or trademarks for commercial purposes without authorization is prohibited and may result in legal action.
08Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The laju7 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, laju7 makes no warranties, express or implied, that the platform will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
Laju7 is not liable for:
- Any losses arising from technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues
- Financial losses incurred through normal gaming activity
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your password
- Actions or omissions by third parties beyond our reasonable control
09Privacy and Data Protection
Laju7 takes its members' privacy seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy ours, which forms part of this agreement and is incorporated into it by reference.
In summary, we collect data necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and improve the user experience. We do not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. All data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption during transmission.
10Account Closure and Suspension
Laju7 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time and for reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of any terms in this document, suspected fraud, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.
You may also close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. In the event of an account closure initiated by you, any remaining balance (after deducting any bonuses that do not meet the qualifying conditions) will be returned to you via your usual payment method.
11Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to a mutually agreed arbitrator. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of the laju7 platform from certain jurisdictions complies with applicable local laws.
